STEW Power: Tiwa Savage beats Davido to win Best African Act at MTV EMA [Details]

Superstar singer, Tiwa Savage has emerged winner in the Best African Act category at the 2018 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMA).

Tiwa was nominated alongside fellow Nigerian act, Davido, South Africa’s Distruction Boyz and Shekinah; Kenya’s Nyashinski and Fally Ipupa from the DRC.

The ‘Ma Lo’ singer was announced winner at the event which held at the Bilbao Exhibition Center, Bilbao, Spain.

Expressing gratitude for her win, Tiwa wrote on Instagram,
