A Fresh graduate of Osun state university, Sikiru Taiwo who just completed his National youth service year in Shaare Community, Ifelodun Local Government, Kwara state is currently going viral & receiving accolades for a good reason.

A2satsBlog Media gathered that Sikiru Taiwo, Popularly known as Alfa White under the leadership of The Local Government Inspector (LGI) Of Ifelodun, Alh. Abdulrasak Onuja Atta and with the aides of his fellow Corps members embarked on a Community Development Service (CDS) by organizing free-Tutorials for all the senior secondary school students (regardless of their department) in the community where he was serving at Shaare.

Thereafter, The Corpers conducted an assessment for the students in all the subjects taught and picked out The two best students then awarded them.

Sikiru Taiwo who was also the Corper's Liason Officer (CLO) of his Local Government during his service year was reported to have presented gifts (such as textbooks) and scholarship for the Two best students’ academic sector.

He immediately became a sensation both online and in the community as everyone have been commending his kind act and positive mindset of projecting education in the community with the little he has.

While speaking to one of A2satsBlog Media’s correspondent on the challenges he faced while engaging on the project, Sikiru revealed that it wasn’t all rosy as he spent nearly all of his personal money on the project.

“I spent nearly all my money & resources on this Project, if not for some of my colleagues (Corps members) that helped me by teaching these students together for Free.” He said.

“The Parents were all reaching out to appreciate us, they were so grateful and appreciated our efforts and support” He added.

"I received Financial supports from The Secretariat's Mosque, Temitope Bread and Oluyode Bread and Dr. Gbenga (Jane Hospital)" He stated when asked whether he got any financial support while executing the Project with his team.

When asked if he’s still opened to any further supports on the Project and to know if there’s still more to expect, He replied “There's still need of financial support to carryout the conclusion of this project. I can’t do this alone, we still have to conclude the Project so any form of support will be very well appreciated.”

In the move to make our dear nation to be part of the best in Africa and in the world at large,  Corper (Dr.) Sikiru Taiwo A. (Iwo, Osun State indigene) aka Dr. White, the CLO of Ifelodun 1 Local Government, Kwara State organized a FREE tutorial for all the senior secondary school students in this adorable community (Share), with the help of his colleagues.
