It was all chaos at the City Hall in the Lagos Island area of Lagos on Saturday after a politician allegedly stole another person’s manhood and fleed.
The incident occurred during a political gathering when a security guard claimed that his manhood disappeared after a wealthy politician who rode in a jeep gave him money.
All attempts to stop the politician’s car from leaving the premises failed as he manoeuvred and later sped off.
