Ose kini Olule: Nigerians React As Headies Disqualifies Portable [Reactions]

The leading Award & Entertainment Recognition platform in Nigeria and Africa at large, The Headies has axed Portable off his Award nominations for the upcoming Award ceremony this evening.

A2satsBlog Media reports that the controversial artist was nullified of his award nominations by The Headies due to his miscreant & nonchalant attitude over the social media in recent times.

A2B Media recalls that Portable had earlier threatened to kill whosoever win the awards other than him in his nominated categories in a viral video. This very act prompted the Organizers of The Headies awards to notify the artist that he might be disqualified.

The Artist however made an apology video, claiming that he was only kidding with the video.

According to Headies, This particular act by Portable kept him on the bad side of the Organizers.

Subsequently a viral video of the Artist giving an order for his men to beat a friend of his, Dj Chicken also played a role in his disqualification.

While this was still on ground, Portable proceeded to lay a claim of being the founder of 1 Million Boys in recent video which has led to his investigation by the Nigeria Police Force.

Following all these acts, The Headies organizer immediately dissociated themselves from the artist and made it known to the public that they promise to promote Talents & individuals of exemplary character in the best interest of the society.

A2satsBlog Media gathered that this particular decision by the Organizers Of The Headies has lead to mixed reactions as some Nigerians refute the claim of the Organizers, reminding them that the show was meant to promote Talents alone but not Behaviors.
