Canadian singer and song writer, Justin Bieber who recently had a private wedding with his 21 year old lover, model Hailey Baldwin has taken to Instagram to gush about her.

Sharing a beautiful photo, the musician who is said to be worth a whopping $265m captioned it:

‘My wife is awesome.’

It may be recalled that Bieber refused to protect his fortune by getting a prenup prior to his wedding.

According to a new report from InTouch Weekly, the 24-year-old singer believes they will be married forever.

An unnamed sources told the publication;

He refuses to get a prenup,’ ‘He’s deeply religious and believes that marriage is for life and divorce isn’t an option.

But his team thinks that he should be more careful and get a prenup,

‘They think Justin is being naive,’ said the insider. ‘Justin’s family and management hope that he and Hailey work out but at the same time they want him to protect his assets.’

According to Wikipedia:

A prenuptial agreement, antenuptial agreement, or premarital agreement, commonly abbreviated as prenup, is a contract entered into prior to marriage, civil union, or any agreement prior to the main agreement by the people intending to marry or contract with each other.

The content of a prenuptial agreement can vary widely, but commonly includes provisions for division of property and spousal support in the event of divorce or breakup of marriage. They may also include terms for the forfeiture of assets as a result of divorce on the grounds of adultery; further conditions of guardianship may be included as well.

It should not be confused with the historic marriage settlement which was concerned not primarily with the effects of divorce but with the establishment and maintenance of dynastic families.

In some countries, including Belgium and the Netherlands, the prenuptial agreement not only provides for the event of a divorce, but also to protect some property during the marriage, for instance in case of a bankruptcy.

Many countries, including Canada, France, Italy, and Germany, have matrimonial regimes, in addition to, or some cases, in lieu of prenuptial agreements.
