Breaking: D’Banj Signs New Deal With Sony Music

Nigerian popstar , D’Banj and Sony Music Africa have signed a new contract, and its a record deal.

A Sony Music Entertainment West Africa, representative , Micheal Ugwu made this known on Thursday through his Instagram page .

Kokomaster as he is fondly called signed this new deal under his own imprint, DKM Record .

Ugwu also posted images from the signing captioned in pidgin :
“ DKM + SONY Music Africa , this one no be welcome, this one nah welcome back #ibelieve.

“ We cannot wait to see what is next for the kokomaster, D ’ banj , ” Ugwu said .

On the other hand , D’ Banj just premiered his new song ‘Shake It’ featuring MTV Best African Act winner ,
Tiwa Savage.
